About the Founder
Harmony Pearls is the brainchild of Amrita Singh, a self-professed pearl lover. Amrita is a Finance professional turned entrepreneur, who after a considerable experience at various international financial positions, gave in to her entrepreneurial tendencies in 2007 to launch her company in China, called Beyond Frontiers Trading (Tianjin) Limited. Harmony Pearls is a wing of Beyond Frontiers.
Amrita has lived and worked in China for 10 years, and is well-versed with the Chinese business culture and is fluent in spoken Mandarin Chinese, in addition to 5 other languages. It was her enduring passion for pearls combined with her affection for China, which inspired her to start Harmonypearls.com
Amrita lives in China with her husband, who himself is a successful entrepreneur, and their 2 children, who are savouring every moment of the experience of growing up as "global citizens".
