Goods:
At Harmony Pearls, we believe that our products offer excellent value for money. No two strands of pearls are identical as pearls are organic in nature and are strung together by hand. Pearls, by nature, have defects in them, and generally, the less the defects, the more their value. Like human beings, each strand of pearls (actually each pearl) is unique, with its own characteristics and identifying marks and blemishes. Similarly pearl coloration also varies due to their natural origin. Strand lengths are approximate due to their handmade nature as well.
Prices:
Prices published on the website are inclusive of taxes. However, shipping will be additional and payable by the customer based on FedEx rates, as automatically calculated on site. No prior notice is provided for changes in price which become immediately effective on publication on the website. Customs duties and taxes in the customer’s country may still be payable by the customer, as per local laws applicable.
Payment Methods:
To ensure the safety of your credit card or bank information, we accept payments through PayPal only. We do not encourage payment by cheques, just because the process is long-drawn and time-consuming. However, if you would like to pay by cheque, we will only be able to ship the goods ordered, after the cheque is cleared and payment received in our bank account. This can take between 3-6 weeks in international clearance. In case you would like to pay by cheque, please contact us.
Privacy Policy:
Our only reason to collect customer information is to provide a superior service, and fulfill our obligations to you. Our site’s registration form asks you to give us your contact information, including your billing address, shipping address and email address. We use this information to process and send your orders, and to facilitate any subsequent orders. We also use the information to contact you to confirm your order. We do not make our list of registered customers available to other companies. You can update your account at any time by clicking on “My Account” on the top of the main page of the website, and then following the appropriate links.
